Colorado Dreamin'

Hi! It's been almost a week since I've blogged last, but for good cause.

Thursday morning (at the booty crack of dawn) J, twin sis, her J and I embarked on a trip to Colorado for our lovely cousin's wedding.

What a long weekend! We had an absolute blast seeing family and friends, but this weekend sure helped me realize that I am so not used to drinking that much or staying up that late anymore. When did I become such an old maid?

The wedding was absolutely gorgeous, set to the scene of mountains, sunshine, and blooming flowers. Although rain threatened to bring the ceremony inside, God had another plan and brought the sun out just in the nick of time.

Here's a look at the wedding weekend!

We landed in Denver around 7 a.m., rented a car and drove 2 hours to Beaver Creek. Twin sis and I may or may not have been so tired /turned hyper that we sang half the way, attempting to harmonize each song. It was... interesting...

A snapshot of the scenery as we made our way to Vail/ Beaver Creek.

The view out of our condo, just steps away from The Ritz Carlton- Bachelor Gulch where the wedding was. Such a drastic change from the hot, dry/ brown Texas landscape, right?

One of the best parts about family weddings is getting to hang out with family! Here we are with our cousin A. Since we are all so close in age (just two months apart, in fact) we were referred to as "the triplets" growing up.

Sis, our cousin S, and I ready to stand up there with the beautiful bride!

Of course this wedding post would't be complete without a picture of the bride herself! Doesn't she look stunning?!

Check out that view from the cocktail patio! I'm talking about my husband, not the mountains. :P

There was a photo booth... enough said.

I wish I would've taken more photos of the decor because it was absolutely amazing, but I was on the dance floor most of the night proving that the "She's A Maniac" song was about me.

Hope you had a fantastic weekend!
